Associate Investment Manager (AIM)

An early-career, client-facing role designed to build strong foundations in goal-based investing and behavioural discipline. It involves structured client engagement with mentoring and is suited for individuals with at least one year of experience after graduation who are seeking a serious, ethical, long-term career in financial services.

Investment Manager (IM)

A senior role focused on full ownership of client relationships and long-term outcomes. It involves end-to-end client ownership and is a high-trust role with structured oversight and accountability. An MBA is mandatory.
